We are delighted to have Kate Doodson, Joint Chief Executive of Cosmic join us to explain our obligations for the forthcoming changes to Data Protection.

    General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)

The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) comes into effect in May 2018 marking the biggest change in data protection law for 20 years. The new Regulation will impose many legal obligations on organisations that control or process data and will afford new rights to those whose personal data is being held. The financial penalties for non-compliance are substantial so it is absolutely vital that your organisation is fully prepared as early as possible.

Come along to our session to learn how to keep your business safe, secure and compliant. Follow our 6 practical Steps to start getting your organisation ready for the change. We will cover:

    2. Identifying data typesKate Doodson, Cosmic, GDPR Presentation with Westcountry HR
